Department is an independent team in the Sentinel and it control and monitor our security system to further improve service quality. This team analyzes, and provides solutions in the field and provide improved recommendations, if necessary.

Customer Care
to respond to all feedback and complaints from the customers about Sentinel security services at field, aims to improve performance and maintain good relationships with clients.

Static Report
Periodic reporting system as the results of the security activities at security location / site. Then security information can be known quickly and accurately by the clients . We also provide daily / weekly / monthly static reports.

Quick Response Team
Rapid reaction forces to act in anticipation of any emergency incident or accident in the field, including as a back-up personnel in the field
